Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuchMobile's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid TuchMobile in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TuchMobile from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
